Adding extra risk identifiers in safety reports e.g. (When a likelihood and consequence are chosen)

It would be good for the risk codes (1A, 2A, 3A etc.) to appear as well as the risk index name e.g. (Very low, low, medium, high, very high). At the moment only the risk index name appears, not the code identifier as well.

Be able to have recency item by Endorsement

Recency items can be created for aircraft types based on the endorsement list. Currently unable to create composite item to refer to one particular aircraft type. Can select "per type" in the child list but not which type.

Base/Location Recency

Base/Location Recency – When an Aircraft is toured to a base, need to have some sort of recency validation flag against any personnel who have Aircraft Type Specific recency items for that aircraft type that have either expired or are non existent.

As you can on the safety dashboard with safety and hazard data, can the same be done with Discretion Reports, this then can be used in monthly statistical analysis and trend monitoring.
