Confirmation before deleting an manual alert

When a user selects 'Delete' button in an manual alert, the system directly deletes that alert . Sometimes the user may accidently clicks on 'Delete' button thinking to 'Remove' a recipient.
This idea is to prompt a confirmation box asking whether the user wants to delete the alert when a user clicks 'Delete' button so another check is done before the deletion.
