24-Hour Clock & Optional Local Weather Display in CAD Toolbar

Add the ability for users to enable a 24-hour clock (military time) in the CAD status/task bar, ideally in the upper-right corner. Also include an optional setting to display the current date and local weather conditions based on the user's location or assigned base.

Users could choose which of these elements to show or hide through settings.

Dispatchers and field teams often operate in time-critical, shift-based environments where clarity and awareness are everything. Adding a consistent clock and date display in the interface provides:
