Currently you have to right click on a ticket and scroll to the middle of all the Action options to open the Show Intake Screen. Requesting a button on the request ticket to open the call intake form to reduce the steps taken to pull up the form (depicted by the red box in the screenshot)
I have added CAD-5709 to our backlog and will proceed with the development planning discussion as next steps.
Title: Add “Intake” button on Request ticket
Problem: Opening the Intake screen today requires right-clicking and hunting for the “Show Intake Screen” action.
Solution: Add a visible Intake button in the Request ticket footer actions row. Clicking it opens the configured Intake screen (either Workflow or Fields). If Intake is not enabled, the button won’t appear.
