Exam-generated recency result link Merged

When a recency is updated through the use of a check form, one can click on the recency entry and get forwarded to the check form entry. When a recency is updated by an exam, an entry is generated with a comment stating which exam updated it. There ought to be a link to the exam results for that individual.
