Thanks @Mike Thompson for adding this, it is definitely a lot more logical way of correcting an answer if the question is edited and corrected through dispute as you say it automatically replaces the question with the new version instead of creating a new exam issue.

Questions which have been edited through a dispute should not be saved in the exam setup. Future issues of the exam should automatically replace the question with the new version.
I would like to add to the list above the option to set filters for Exam Markers on the notifications for questions audits.
