lodging one discretion report for multiple days that have the same exceedance

When a work practice rule has a range (for example, 2 LNO in any 7 day period)
This can trigger multiple days that have an exceedance because of the same event.

In the attached screenshot, the 22nd, 23rd and 24th are all requesting Discretion reports because of the same 3 LNO as each is falling in the 7 day period.

They would like a way to submit 1 discretion report that encompasses all days affected by the same 'Exceedance' rather than having to fill out 3 separate reports for essentially the same action.
