Access Levels Overhaul

When discussing with multiple clients currently operating using Air Maestro, one of the key complaints is around setting up access for the organisation and personnel. There is the Access Levels found in the Personnel Tabs but also other visibility items hidden through out the settings area. This has lead to several clients creating their own work around systems for modules/features that already exist in Air Maestro as the Access Level they have doesn't allow the modules to be visible.
