Having work practice notifications sent to department managers, eg Engineer exceedances be sent to Head of Maintenance, this will assist to send relevant cautions/ exceedances to the right manager.
In Work Practice Setup, you get 3 different Thresholds and for example for exceedance you would select the applicable manager but in our setup with: RW Pilot Department, FW Pilot Department and Engineer Department so all exceedances will go to all 3 managers for the above mentioned department instead of the Engineer exceedance going to the Engineer Manager and the RW pilot going to the RW Chief Pilot.
