Roster Touring Work Practice Pattern Control

At present, there is no control in the work practice set up to monitor the use of the touring functionality in the roster.  Having a control such as 'Crew may be toured to another base for a maximum of x weeks/days and must have x weeks/days at home base following this tour' would be helpful for those companies that operate on a contract basis.
