On Login screen, supervisors see warnings and alerts for expired personnel recencies.
Upon a manager signing in, any employerwho reports to them, the manager would see a recency alert for the user as being expired or coming for expiration. Similar to an individual's personnel, or a company recency item.

If this is implemented, can we please have the ability to turn it off or on (manager preference)
Or perhaps rather than at sign in - the manager sees them in the critical alerts section. Or at sign in they an alert - but the manager doesn't have to acknowledge those alerts.
I understand it can be a lot, however it is better for the manager to see these flagged rather than having no flag. If possible at the recency setup, an option can be set for the item for managerial warning, rather than just personnel.
Is this suggestion just for the user as being expired or coming for expiration - or for each of the recency's of that user? If it is for each of the recency's it could be a very long list for the manager to acknowledge when signing in to AM
