Background
A number of customers use the Forms module to manage work processes. Once a process is complete, it is often necessary to mail a completed form to personnel who were not involved in the process and, in some cases, who do not have access to Air Maestro. (A good example of the latter is an out-sourced travel agent, to whom the details of a travel request must be mailed once the request has been approved by management).
User Stories
As a User who has "Modify All" access to "Form Administration", when configuring a Form Type, I want the option to select whether completed forms should be emailed to to other Users (by default), and I want the ability to select, from a CBL, the names of such Users.
As a User who has "Modify All" access to "Form Administration", when configuring a Form Type, I want an option enables Sign-Off personnel to email a completed form to personnel by entering the email address of such personnel into a relevant field and selecting "Send Email" once the form is completed.
As a User who has signed off a form and advanced it to the status of "Closed", I want to be able to email a PDF copy of the form to personnel outside of my organisation (who don't have access to the organisation's Air Maestro domain) by entering the email address of such personnel into a relevant field and selecting "Send Email".
As a User who has access to the Forms register, I want to view to which email recipients (Air Maestro users and external personnel/third-parties) a particular form has been mailed. (This would mean that I can select to display a column containing the names of Users and email addresses of external personnel/third-parties).

We will let this idea Gather Interest. In the meantime please note that we have an Export function of forms in 3.7. This may assist you with exporting and emailing externally.
