Shift Validations - Multi Base and/or Dept

Hey Team,

Would be beneficial to have the ability to select multiple Bases to feed into a shift validation, along with multi Departments as you can do now.

This would assist with the likes of roles/duties that are offsite - and able to be performed anywhere in a network.
