Roster Update - changes

Hey Team,

It would be extremely useful if there was the ability for the system to identify and list any Roster Changes when the Roster is being Published, as part of the Notification sent at time of Re-Publish.

I.E Version 12 vs Version 13 - and detailing a list of changes personnel need to be aware of for their duties - but also for follow on logistic changes that need to be actioned as a consequence. (travel/accommodation requirements etc.)
