Audit Module - Scheduled Audit Notifications

It would be helpful to send out notifications for Scheduled Audits as soon as audits have been added or changed and to post these scheduled dates to the personnel schedule.

This would benefit all Auditors or personnel involved in auditing.

Proposed processes are as follows:

1. When scheduling an audit there should be a tick box where one can choose to send out notifications. If selected, similar features to that of Scheduled Task Type Setup - Schedule Notificaitons where one can:

   1. Select which personnel to notify (AM should automatically add any selected auditors)

   2. The ability to add email addresses for individuals not on AM

2. In the audit type setup, the ability to create a custom email body per audit type

3. For personnel involved in Audits - to have the scheduled audit show in their Schedule for export as per V3.6 Schedule updates.

   1. Items to show in the schedule include - Date, Audit Name, Auditors, Audit Status colour as per audit schedule.
