Ability to link individual audit findings to the Hazard Register

Currently, it is only possible to link an entire audit report and safety reports to the hazard register but not individual findings. The issue with this is that a single audit report may have multiple findings but not all findings may be related to the linked hazard.

This presents a problem in that the safety data captured from audits and safety reports cannot be efficiently tracked / linked to the hazard register resulting in incomplete trending analysis of all safety performance data.
