Tool tips in Access Template setup

AM displays tool tips, explaining the nature of various access permissions, in the personnel register (Operations >> People >> Personnel >> Access Levels), when the cursor is hovered over individual access permissions.

This function is not available in the access template setup (Manage >> Setup >> Access Templates), to the detriment of many new Administrators .

Suggest that the tooltips be added to the access template setup (Manage >> Setup >> Access Templates).
