Currently Word and Excel are exported as Microsoft Office 97-2003 File Types. Babcock Offshore Aus would like these updated to a newer file type version.

Additional note, it might be worthwhile adding this in additional file format to the existing formats instead of replacing it. I know some poeple (myself included) have built automation around the older excel format, which we don't want broken but do want to have the option of moving to the newer formats :)
I would also like to add, that it would be beneficial to add the links to reports or documents within the reports, so when exported and issued, the end user can click the link which will open the required information
Most users are probably on the latest version of excel - the current deafault is 97 so when you manipulate results etc and want to re-save the report you get the minor infidelity and loss message - thinking most businesses will be beyond 97 by now?
