It would useful to have the option in the Rest Preceding Control to reference the Previous days' Duty to determine the amount of rest needed the way it currently does for the current days' duty.
At present, the "Rest Preceding" work practice control calculates rest according to the length of duty worked on the day of entry (as opposed to the previous day).
With reference to the Annex 3 of the attached document (Rada WPC), there is a requirement to calculate rest based on the length of duty worked on the day previous to the day of entry.
Suggest that a new option is included in the condition builder so as to allow for a condition that reads: "If PREVIOUS DUTY LENGTH is... [less than/greater than/less than or equal to/etc.]"
My organisation would benefit from this particularly as we have multiple pilots under multiple appendixes.
