Change Flight Records - Crew Details - Recency - Instrument Approach item to its Shortname

Currently the Flight Records - Crew Details - Recency - Instrument Approach items use the full description. Instead change it to use the shortname.

In the attached example the ILS is listed as Precision Approach but would be better with its shortname of ILS.
