Assign a role to Department/Base Managers/Recency Officer/Leave Approvers etc instead of names

Currently we assign names to Discretion Managers, Recency Officers, Leave Approvers and Roster Managers for each Department at each location. Would be great if we could assign a role instead, as the approving role doesn't normally change but the person in that role does and therefore currently you have to go in and update many area's when the person leaves.
