Allow composite recency items to track type-specific recencies.

There are some examples of type-specific training that require two or more sub-items to be valid. For example: a Pilot Proficiency Check (PPC) which usually consists of ground and flight checks.

Currently a composite will only check that there is any valid entry from the two type-specific items, not that the two (flight and ground checks) are valid for the same type.
