Chief Audit Officer Field, change from single selection to multi-selection Merged

Having single selection of Chief Audit Officer is a single point of failure. Additionally,  in the case of more than one audit program per company (i.e. Quality System, and Compliance Monitoring Program), the Chief Audit Officer role should be able to be assigned to more than one person.
