Recency item scheduling linked to Scheduler

Scheduling recency items on the recency dashboard/recency page should talk directly to the Scheduler (or vice versa). A check box could be active in the Scheduler page to consolidate multiple items in to the one scheduled event.

This would ideally also allow the scheduler to talk to the roster.
