Highlighting rows and Columns in Roster

Hello,

I am wondering if it would be possible to create in the Roster a column high lighter when clicking on a date and a row high lighter when clicking on a pilot name.  This is one of the features in Excel I used a frequently,  to make sure changes are made to the correct line or column.
