Additional filter for recency page to hide selected items

We use the recency items to extensively track many different things across our operations, however although many are “required” as opposed to optional, many do not expire for long durations and are not required to be checked on a daily basis (drivers license and passport for example). The problem arises when air crew go to check their approach currency on a daily basis. Because they are having to scroll down through the whole list, the important items that need to be checked on a daily basis are being missed.

Is there provision to hide “required” items (not just optional) with a checkbox, leaving only a select few essential items, and perhaps raising other items as and when they reach their caution period?
