Add an additional column to allow Audit Checklist Templates to be enabled/archived/active/in-active

This will prevent the Audit Checklist Templates from becoming too busy and only list current/relevant templates

Check forms should clear scheduled recency

If a recency item has been scheduled to be conducted the scheduled item does not get linked when the recency item is granted via a check form.

.cal output of roster

This would allow schedulers to automatically disseminate roster changes to staff devices when a roster/changes are published. Would give pilots a much easier way of checking their rosters and seeing changes.

Visibility of scheduled recency notes from the calendar
