Recency Items - Ability to schedule more than one at anytime

Currently for recency items you can only schedule one at a time, for recurrent training e.g ones required monthly would be very helpful and less time consuming if more than one could be scheduled at any time and courses scheduled in Air Maestro for months in advance instead of having to delete one booking then add in the next.
