Notification via SMS or email of aircraft departure to selected users at destinations

Our company uses contract agents to turn our aircraft at destinations that are small and remote all over the State of Alaska. Some days are very busy, and we often run extra flights that are not scheduled. This sometimes can cause Dispatch to forget to call or notify these agents that an aircraft has departed for their destination. We would like to have the ability for Spider Tracks to have airport destination information and automatically send an SMS and or email to selected individuals at the aircraft's destination indicating the aircraft has departed and is on the way to its destination.
