I would like the ability to query measures of central tendency for vehicle speeds for a case.

It would be useful to be able to pull Min, Max, Mean, Median vehicle speeds for a given run. While I could calculate the velocity of vehicle using transport distance and time, it would be helpful to be able to query max, min and mean/average speeds for a vehicle to get a better understanding of vehicle speed variance during a call for things like lights and sirens vs non-lights and sirens, or during certain times of day.
