Larger patient info box/dynamic text field:
The dynamic text field that is at the top of the "Current Request" section of the app currently is the only field customers have the ability to customize the information that is pushed to our crews through the app. Making this section larger or, ideally, scaling it to fit the amount of information in the 'page,' would allow your customers the ability to send more information to our crews through the app without it being cumbersome to our crews. The biggest dissatisfier from our med crews that have tested the app is the size of this box/needing to scroll through the information there.
Ability to customize notifications pushed from the app to the CAD:
Add settings for customizing which notifications are enabled/disabled, and modify the display messaging of these notifications in the CAD. Some of the default notifications from the app are very dense/wordy and having the ability to make them clear and concise would help CAD end users. When using the crew app, there are a lot of additional notifications and eventually it becomes white noise. Having the ability to make the messages more concise AND the ability to disable/enable which notifications you want to be pushed to the CAD would help a lot in this regard.
Custom Tabs/Timestamps/Dropdowns/Fields accessible to the crew through the app:
One of the features our organization values about the app is the ability for crews to input information directly into the transport record in the CAD. Currently they have access to 'Request Times' and 'Patient Times.' Adding the capability for crews to access custom tabs and timestamps..etc would add a lot more functionality in this regard. It would additionally add value for CAD end users to keep their UI cleaner and delineate 'Crew App Times/Fields' from Dispatch times/fields.
