Support for Assigning Multiple Units to a Single Call

Add the ability to assign more than one unit to a single CAD call—whether for backup, joint response, transport handoffs, or multi-agency coordination. This feature would allow users to link multiple active units to a single incident or patient record while still tracking each unit’s status independently.

How It Helps the End User:
In many real-world scenarios—such as critical transports, specialty team responses, or dual-agency missions—multiple units respond to the same event. Currently, dispatchers may have to create workarounds or duplicate records to reflect this, which can cause:
