Upload or Integrate EMD Protocol Cards (APCO, ProQA, etc.)

Provide an enhanced option to either upload EMD card sets (like APCO, ProQA) directly into CAD or allow integration with existing EMD software platforms. While static documents can be added now, this idea would streamline how EMD protocols are accessed—either by embedding PDFs in a dedicated viewer or enabling live integrations with interactive tools.

How It Helps the End User:
Currently, dispatchers may access EMD cards as flat documents, often stored outside of CAD or loosely linked. With tighter integration or upload functionality:

• EMD protocols are instantly accessible within the same workflow

• Reduces the need to switch between programs, saving precious seconds

• Supports standardized medical dispatching, improving call consistency and compliance
