Enable users to customize or modify the colors of time stamps displayed in the Request and Patient sections of the CAD. This could include setting unique colors for time thresholds (e.g., elapsed time, overdue), or allowing users to define color rules for visibility or workflow triggers.
How It Helps the End User:
Right now, the default time stamp colors may not stand out enough—or may not fit how each team tracks urgency. By letting users or organizations assign their own colors to these time stamps:
Important status changes or delays become instantly visible
It supports better visual prioritization, especially during heavy call volume
Dispatchers can quickly distinguish between routine vs. time-sensitive requests
It aligns with how each team mentally organizes workflows, making the interface more intuitive
This added flexibility helps users tailor the CAD to match their operational rhythm and reduces the chance of missed timing cues.
