User-Selectable Light and Dark Theme Options

Offer dispatchers and other users the ability to switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode CAD interfaces based on personal preference or time of day. This toggle should apply universally across all CAD modules—incident view, logs, unit status, etc.—and ideally remember the user's last selection.

• Night shift dispatchers often experience screen glare and eye fatigue with bright interfaces, making dark mode a much more comfortable option.

• Day shift users may prefer light mode for visibility in bright office settings.

Allowing both modes:
