Auto-Assign Patient Category Based on DOB

Automatically assign the Patient Flight Category or Chief Complaint group (Adult, Pediatric, NICU) based on the patient’s date of birth when it’s entered into the CAD. For example:

• DOB 06/06/1985 → Adult

• DOB 06/06/2020 → Pediatric

• DOB 07/15/2025 → NICU

This logic would dynamically update the classification without requiring manual selection.

Right now, dispatchers or clinicians must manually pick the flight category after already entering the patient's DOB—which is redundant and leaves room for error, especially under pressure. Automating this step:
