For Utility CAD Make User's Activity Reportable from the front end and not the database

we can make users activities Reportable. In general, we want to track CAD's users' activities.

• The case of when Users generate the request / Clone the requests - it appears on that request ticket column.

• User making changes/modifications the users make to a request.

• Track User's log notes activities.
