Future Recency Dates should cancel out Cautionary Reminders

"We have set a couple of our recencies to allow future dates.  Some people renew ahead of time However, it doesn’t move the date forward, instead holding on to the current date until the new date rolls around.

They get reminders on a Monday and in our system, the caution reminder stays in place until the new date, even though they have actioned it.   Is there any way to configure it so that the reminder doesn’t keep coming out when you have updated the recency.

It might be more elegant if the reminder disappears if a future date recency is uploaded, rather than replacing the current one altogether. "
