Cause Code - ability to capture the group that the cause code relates to

Cause codes are very useful in spotting trends and developing issues within the company through statistical analysis.

Unfortunately I haven't found a way to capture which part of the organisation the cause code relates to.

e.g. if a lack of following a procedure becomes a cause code trend it would also be good to easily identify if it is organisation wide or if it relates to one department/trade group only. This would then make targeting where the effort needs to go to address the trend rather than having to communicate to the whole organisation.

Adding the ability to track additional metrics (eg trade group, or specific departments) a cause relates to would add greater granularity to statistical analysis of trends, and enhance the effectiveness (and efficiency) of corrective actions/education.
