Courses module - open up to use for administrating other courses too

I suggest making the module more useful by widening the module so it does not have to be linked to a check form or an exam created in Air Maestro. A lot of courses are held in a classroom or by other means.

There should be an option to schedule a course for a particular date/dates, provide information about the course (in a text field), associate it to one or more recencies and assign persons to the course. When the course has been held tick off who did actually participate, upload relevant documentation and when signing off that the course has been held the selected recency is updated.
