Mandatory Endorsement Fields in Personnel Wizard

The problem we are facing is that when assigning exams to Pilots, and/or Engineers, where there was an oversight on completing their profiles, certificates cannot be created as there is no licence number. Then these users fall through the cracks as their recency is not updated.

We are requesting the following possible improvement

1. Mandatory Endorsement Fields in Personnel Wizard:

When creating a user profile in AM Personnel Wizard and the "Pilot" and "Engineer" Role Group is selected, to make the "Licences" field on the Endorsement Page mandatory.

This would ensure that all necessary information, such as licence numbers, is filled in before any exams are assigned.
