Currently when opening actions through the action register it takes you to the audit/safety report/task and you have to search for the action that you have just clicked on. It would be helpful if you could expand the action from within the action register and respond to it or edit it without having to navigate away.
We are doing work on the safety registers at the moment which will include improvements on navigating directly to the action and allowing actions to be opened in new tabs. Hopefully this will improve the overall experience.
