Navigation Menu customisation

A client has asked for the possibility of further customisation by adding view limitations to items in the Navigation Menu.

For example, they want their users to use the Courses Module as the default go-to for the completion of required Check Forms and Exams. However, users are still able to go directly to the Exams Module or go directly to the Check Form module to create new form instances. The result is users creating new Check Forms that are not linked to the established course structure.

The only way to remove these Modules from the Navigation Menu is to remove user access to these modules which then means they cannot interact with these modules in any capacity.

The benefit is being able to remove these items in a visual capacity would include less clutter and confusion to users as to where they need to action something and, in the case of this client, improved control of their established training structures.
