Safety Report Setup - Copy Down Function for Alert Personnel

Setting up Initial Alert Personnel and Investigation Personnel per report type (in the safety options section of Air Maestro) is extremely arduous! As a user, I am required to manually select personnel for each risk factor, regardless of whether they are the same for all.

As a user, I would like a "Copy Down" (or Apply to All") button, that allows me to copy the settings for on risk factor to all. Alternatively, I would like a default alert personnel function, that I could apply to all risk factors in each report type.
