Noted that when an automatic online exam is created and the user answers all the required questions it is recorded in their recency as a self-verified recency.
Suggesting that the creator of the exam should be used as the label as the verifier of the exam as it displays independence. This could be the exam creators title, i.e. Chief Recency Officer.
Rather than being self-verified.
For example if being audited when viewing safety refreshers currently all those viewed come up as being self-verified. For clarity having exams self-verify gives me the immediate impression that signed off by them-selves. Never a good thing.
Please correct me in my thinking. If putting an auditor hat on and asking to see a users recency completion the impression conveyed is that all on system are signing themselves off without a cross check. Would be simpler if it was someone else signing off?
Hope above makes some sense.
Using exams to test understanding, looking for 100% pass mark - when reviewing recency they all look like they have self-verified.
Thanks for considering,
