I am looking for ideas to track the training recurrency of 'Task Specialists' we use in some of our operations. One option is to create a user for each Task Specialist but wondering if there is a less clunky way to do this?

Hi Andrew,
As Grant has mentioned, you could use Company Recency or you could create user profiles for the task specialist. I think it would depend on the number of specialists you would like to track.
Feel free to contact our helpdesk who could set up some examples for you: help@airmaestro.net
You can track them through company recency however you lose ability to quickly check them through the traffic light system on the front page. Hence creating a user each time (can add up) which also costs money (adding up more). I've been toying with turning the users off until they need to be used - which can be difficult when busy. A unique user profile that can be shared between accounts and also Agency accounts would be a great way to handle this.
