PWA Library Document View functionality (on mobile devices)

When opening a folder within the Library, one merely needs to click on the folder and it opens. This functionality does not follow through to the documents within the folder. An extra two clicks are therefore required to open the document which includes clicking on the menu icon to the right of the document and then clicking on Preview.

This makes the process of opening the document take longer.
