Availability notifications

Currently the aircraft out of service email notification for serviceable and unserviceable has a blue border. It does not provide a visible indication of serviceability. I suggest that when these notifications are generated that the border colours are red for an unserviceable notification and green for serviceable.

Additionally, the notification section only allows for serviceable and unserviceable. I suggest a third checkbox that can cater for deferred defects. This email notification should have an amber border.
