Advanced functionality and flexibility for Alerts module

Clients are requesting the following enhancements as regards the Alerts module:

1. As regards the User Alerts (pop-up):

   1. The font of alerts that are overdue should display as red (to draw attention to the fact that respective alerts are past due date).

   2. Users should be able to re-order alerts according to 'date ascending/descending'.

2. As regards the Manual Alerts Register:

   1. Users should be able to view and filter according to Alert Category.

   2. Users should be able to re-order alerts according to 'date ascending/descending'.

3. Admin Users should be able to select which priority (i.e. Critical, Caution or Notice) is assigned to which Alerts.

4. Admin Users should be able to customise the time periods, before and after due date, that Air Maestro notifies users of approaching and expired due dates.
