Add Task Leg details to the Scheduled Task Types setup

It may be useful to be able to include standard Task Leg details to a specific task as a template in the Scheduling Task Type Setup. This will make it faster and easier for clients who need to create a large number of scheduled tasks that require the same leg details.

Even though there is a feature 'Use same resources to' in the Scheduler, this would require the client to constantly be aware of where they scheduled a task with the same properties in order to duplicate it which is not very productive.
